But not compulsory for Mobile Sim purchasing, For opening Bank Account, For School Admissions, Digital Wallets, Private Sector, Students appearing for Certain examinations like CBSE, UGS, NET.
Also Court focused the Aadhaar Data security issues about sharing Aadhaar data with third party.
